WHEN YOUR ENERGY IS BALANCED, LIFE FLOWS

Imagine going to bed with a quiet mind and waking steady. If your days feel wired‑and‑tired—thin sleep, brain fog, tight shoulders, short fuse—it isn’t a personal failure. They’re patterns your nervous system learned under stress. With the right inputs, it can learn ease again.

  • Feel grounded instead of on‑edge
  • Focus without the mental “buzz”
  • End the day with energy to spare

MEET YOUR GUIDE: JODI MILLSAP

From classroom to calm.

I’m Jodi Millsap. Before this work, I spent a decade helping students with learning differences—ultimately serving as a Dyslexia Therapist and Coordinator of the Dyslexia Program after earning my M.Ed. from SMU.

I also walked my own wellness path—migraines, hypoglycemia, TMJ, and chronic tension pushed me to look for gentler answers. When one of my children suffered multiple concussions, I discovered IASIS MicroCurrent Neurofeedback. After a series of sessions, our family noticed meaningful shifts, and I felt called to train and certify.

Today, with over 5 years as an IASIS‑Certified Provider, I translate neuro‑wellness tools into sessions that are calm, practical, and paced to you.

Clear explanations. Conservative protocols. Honest expectations.

A SIMPLE PLAN

Move from feeling drained to feeling steady and supported in just three simple steps.

Step 1 — Clarity Call
(15 minutes)

Share what’s draining you most—sleep, focus, stress. We’ll confirm fit and map a simple path.

Step 2 — Personalized Session
(45–60 minutes)

Settle into a comfortable chair while we apply the chosen modality. You remain in control; we go at your pace.

Step 3 — Keep Your Flow

Leave with a short at‑home practice. We’ll review progress every 3–4 sessions and adjust together.

HOW WE HELP

We use non‑invasive inputs—microcurrent neurofeedback, sensory entrainment, light, and low‑intensity magnetic wellness—to encourage calmer rhythms and clearer thinking. Services support relaxation and self‑regulation. We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

  • MicroCurrent Neurofeedback (IASIS) — Tiny, imperceptible micro‑signals while you rest may help disrupt stuck patterns and invite balance. Used for relaxation training.
  • AO Hub (sensory entrainment + gentle CES) — Soothing sound and light with gentle ear‑clip stimulation to encourage relaxed, focused states. Wellness use.
  • AO rTMS (low‑intensity magnetic wellness) — Soft magnetic pulses designed to support daily brain‑wellness; not the same as in‑clinic TMS therapy and not a medical device.
  • AO Infinity Wand (red + blue light) — Red light associated with cellular energy support; blue light explored for surface‑level cleansing effects. Wellness use.
  • NeuroSolution Laser (photobiomodulation) — Targeted red/infrared light in the therapeutic window; parameters selected for comfort and consistency. Wellness use.

Safety note: If you have implanted devices or metal, are pregnant, or have a seizure history, please consult your clinician before electrical or magnetic modalities. We pre‑screen and proceed conservatively.
